The children all got to have a go and make St Brigid’s crosses to remember our special Saints day this weekend. We talked about who St Brigid was and some of her core values. The children worked on and developed many skills today not merely the practical making of the crosses but patience, team work, perseverance and hand eye coordination to name a few. Special thanks to the grandparents for coming in to help support us with their expertise and everyone who sent in the rushes.
